Hi, you can cancel at anytime but you will be charged the full amount unless they choose to wave the outstanding balance.
I cancelled my Samsung care+ for my s24 ultra & they waved the outstanding balance because I made another purchase for Samsung care + for my S25 ultra.
Call customer service & see.

@ajue: I have looked into this for you and, for monthly policies, there will be no more monthly renewals from the point at which you contact the Care+ Team to cancel the policy and no further premiums will be collected. No refund will be given for any premiums already paid. For further clarification, please contact Assurant directly via the details in the link below.

Hi! That’s a really good question 😊

If you’ve purchased Samsung Care+ on a monthly payment plan, you can usually cancel it anytime — you’re not strictly locked in for the full 12 months.

Here’s how it generally works:

When you cancel, your coverage ends right away or at the end of your current billing period.

You normally won’t be charged for future months once it’s cancelled.

If you paid for a longer period in advance, you may get a refund for any unused months, depending on your region.

To make sure, it’s always best to contact Samsung Support for your specific country — since terms can vary slightly by region or carrier.

Adding on to what's been said, but this information is given to you if you read the information about what you're paying for, and those terms you're agreeing to. Most people skip past reading and set themselves up for misunderstanding what they're agreeing to.

I have read them .. it doesn't mention for monthly payments or I couldn't understand it clearly .. it mentions the pro rota but not the monthly ..

You can cancel this insurance within 14 days of receiving these terms and conditions without paying any extra fees or charges. Your premium will be refunded in full provided no claim has been made.
After the 14-day period you can still cancel your insurance and you will be given a pro rata refund based on the number of full unexpired months remaining on your policy, if you have not made a successful claim. If you have made a successful claim no refund will be provided.
