How do i unlock my Notes?

How do i unlock my Notes, ìve tried different things but frustrating .

Hello 👋 @Sheilz77 and may I extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum Section for Uk and Ireland members.

Is this Samsung Notes ?

In what way have you managed to lock them ?

Is it via the hamburger icon in the top Lh corner and Password and Biometrics ?

If so you will have set up a 4 digit code and fingerprint Biometrics.

Also when you tap on the locked note there will be a Use Password instead and then a Reset Password option.

SAMSUNG notes generally made in the app or ones written on the screen when your phone has been locked?

Press and hold on the note you want to unlock until the check box circle appears. Then click lock/unlock at the bottom of the screen in the options.

You'll need to enter the password you used to lock the note to unlock it again.

I tried to unlock, but I get a response, 'can't open a note locked by another account'

Hello,

As my account was settle to the one of my wife, I reset it. From now, I can have any access of note in NOTES APP as this mentioned "Impossible to unlocked with an other account" ? !

hi! i'm having an issue where when i try this, the screen is black and doesn't show anything - is there any other way to do this? or is my phone just bad and that note is forever locked?
