topic Problem with new Samsung Notes version in Mobile Apps & Services

I have just updated Samsung Notes to the latest version. I click on convert old format notes but all my notes remain as old format notes. If I delete a note created in the previous version and empty it from the recycle bin, it does not get deleted - instead it appears back in my list of notes. Anyone have a solution?
