I can't connect Samsung notes to Samsung cloud on my laptop.

I got a new laptop and I wanted to open the notes from m my phone on my laptop, but for some reason I could only open the app, nothing worked. My mouse couldn't click on anything or open any thing, basically it was frozen. So I repaired the app, it didn't work, then I reset it twice. It worked but I couldn't connect my it with Samsung cloud. I also restarted my laptop, uninstalled and reinstalled the app to. Plus I am actually signed in to my Samsung account on my laptop.

So any ideas?

I just started experiencing this same issue. Did you ever get this resolved? Samsung support has been of no assistance!

Hi! I ran into the same problem! All I had to do was go to the Microsoft store, download the "Samsung Account" app, sign into that and let it run in the background. Then when I went back to samsung notes it worked

Idk why Samsung just doesn't give proper support to the notes app to all PCs. Nobody will buy a Samsung Laptop just for notes now will they ?
