Caller id & Spam protection not working

Using an s24, and recently the spam caller protection has stopped working. Am getting an insane amount of call through. And when I block them and click report. I cant even report what type of call it is.

Any ideas on how to fix this

Could also try contacting your provider and asking if they can assist.

@PIXIE131: Please can you double check that the feature is enabled by heading to the Phone app > Tap the 3 dots in the top right > Settings > Caller ID and spam protection > On > Block spam and scam calls > On.

I have contacted them. And they couldn't help as its not an issue with their network

Yes I have had the exact same issue on my S22 Ultra since one of the recent updates. Any ideas, Samsung? Everything is enabled but it just doesn't work anymore?

yeah call type is not working when reporting. looks like nobody cares in samsung.

I have the exact same issue, phone is unusable
