    <description>Samsung actually has a protection system for the exact vulnerability whatsapp had. Nice to know it's working in the background.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The bad part of the exploit was with the iPhone itself, WhatsApp was just used to trigger it.       <description>I always thought WhatsApp only works it the sender and recipients have phone numbers stored, ive never received a message from someone i don't know</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you go to the whatsapp privacy settings Block unknown account Messages, unknown Numbers will be blocked when they exceed High Volume.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;unfortunately&amp;nbsp; not all messages will be Blocked.&amp;nbsp; in privacy check up can Block specific unwanted contacts.&amp;nbsp; can silence unknown phone calls in the same section.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I&amp;nbsp; have received the odd spam one myself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I uninstalled WhatsApp and used Signal. Problem is- nobody else wanted to use Signal. So back on WhatsApp. I have no other social media though which helps with the battery on Z Fold 7!</description>

      <description>Data is a big revenue stream, selling anonymised data to 3rd parties, which we accept by accepting the various app T&amp;amp;Cs.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Problem is when you get Meta types who want it all including the PIA data, GDPR is a joke and protects no one.</description>
