Contact your bank and ask to be put through to disputes. They can investigate and issue any charge backs if necessary. Have you purchased a phone or any services from Samsung recently? Have you checked with other household members who may have access to your account.

Have you taken out either an extended warranty or insurance on a Samsung product? That's the most likely outcome.

I finally figured out what mine was I signed up for AMC Plus through my TV which is a Samsung. The trial just ended and I got charged took me about a half hour to figure it out. Have you done any of the similar thing?
