app permission

Hi,

Can anyone help how to change app location permission? I selected while use only now when I go to settings-loction-app, it gives me only 2 options while in use(already selected) and deny. Can't see option all the time.

Setting > Privacy > Permission Manager > Location

sorry doesn't help. it shows allow while using which is already selected and deny. I want to change it to allow all the time .
