Hi, I can't reply to any community posts, not even the ones I create. If I click the reply button, the page reloads and ends there. How do I fix this? I'm using Firefox on PC. Thanks.

Try deleting cookies, logging out and back in to Samsung Members, and see if it works.

If not, try on another browser

What about using the members app instead of the website browsing?

Hi @NicolaD javascript should be enabled by Default. However if you type about:config in the address Bar enter and accept risk now type javascript.enabled in the search Bar. if value is true all is fine,if false click toggle Bar on the right to change it, you would need to restart Firefox for the change to take effect.

otherwise clear history and you woould need to ensure that cached files and pages in addition to cookies and site data and Browsing /Download History are selected.
