Android 15 update

Still having problems with the above update of which the worst one at the moment is that the phone jams up and I can do nothing about it until it's good and ready which can take ages. The main issue is that before this update I could press the side button and restart it, now that the side button on and off switch no longer works and I have to swipe from the top right corner, it's not possible to swipe as the phone is jammed up so I can do nothing about it other than wait for it to free itself. What a headache it's all become. Anyone have any suggestions please?

Also forgot to mention there's no screen rotate button either

Hold volume down and power for 5 seconds, you'll see the power menu. You can restart and shut down now.

Also in that menu, press side button settings at the bottom and you can set the power button to open the power menu like it used to.

In an emergency, you can always hold volume down and power for 10 seconds to instantly force shut off the phone

This is easily fixed (side button that is)

Go to:

Settings
Advanced Features
Side Button
Select Long Press and change it to whatever option suits your needs.

Screen Rotate is in the swipe down menu top right.

It is called Auto Rotate and should be top left.

If you see it but it is greyed out. Tap it.

If you can't see it, after swiping down from top left, click on the pencil to edit your buttons and ensure Auto Rotate is selected to add it to your visible buttons.

A long time ago samsung has a dedicated bixby button. Guessing they're trying to bring it back with Gemini

When swiping from top left it only brings up a blank notification page and its not in the pencil edit list
