Assume you have sufficient charge, at least 50% recommended.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other ideas are a soft Reset,hold the Volume down and Power&amp;nbsp; Button simultaneously for around 10 seconds until Device Reboots. Could try Resetting Network connections/Reboot Router. could see if same situation in Safe Mode. Sometimes there can be conflicts with 3rd party apps and if ok there pinpoints recent apps which have been installed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>When you say cannot download&lt;BR /&gt;Is that because of a fault or just not getting any updates&lt;BR /&gt;Do you get any information when you try?&lt;BR /&gt;Are you using WiFi?</description>
