Amend / View Samsung Care+ Payment Method

Does anybody know how to do this in the UK? I can check coverage etc and can see payments are active, but seemingly cannot amend or view the payment method used.

I don't remember even setting up a payment method when checking out for my purchase on the samsung website- will it have defaulted to the payment card used?

Under your order- with the order details it should show the care Under your order and you can amend there. I believe if you set the payment method up on purchase, it may just be the one you used to purchase...best to double check

Ah interesting, when I try that I get "Null"

That could be it! It can also take some time to get confirmation from care, you will get an email regarding it. Mine didnt show either right away, but dont stress- if theres any issues with payment they send you an email to amend any details if payment fails.

If youre worried I would reach out to customer support for confirmation
