Penup issue only paint black

Hello, i have a samsung s22 ultra and i have been using penup since 2022 but lately when i open a new drawing my brushes paint only in Black or shades of gray no matter wich color i choose, i tried everything from clearing cache to uninstall and reinstall the app but the issue remains, anyone can help me?

Thnk you for your reply! No because i don't know how... I didn't find a forum or any kind of specific support where to look for supporto if you have a link for this and so kind to post it i will try it soon

If you go to the 3 dots on the top right corner on the PenUp App>Settings>Contact Us, but it actually looks that it directs you to the Members App, so I believe you have to leave feedback on the Support Page from the Members App.
My PenUp is working well, I have checked on 3 different devices.

@Members_DhB3nZd: Our friends at Samsung US have put together a handy guide for using PENUP's colour options, which you can explore by clicking on the link below.

If the problem persists, try heading to Settings > Accessibility > Vision enhancements > Colour correction, and make sure that 'Greyscale' is not selected.

Thank you Andrew but I don't think this is the origine of my problem: I am sorry but maybe it was not clear enough so i post this screenshot, as you can see i choose a bright Red but trying to paint it come out straight black
