      <description>&lt;P&gt;New A26 default google messaging app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I cannot send texts out unless the person has messaged me first.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is even for contacts that I used to message before I got the new phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
