Why can't I find good lock on the galaxy store and why is good lock not compatible with my phone on the playstore

Regional Limitations: Good Lock and its modules are not available in all countries or regions. You can check the list of supported countries on samlover.com.

Device Compatibility: Good Lock requires a certain level of hardware and software capability to function properly. Some devices, particularly low-end or older models, might not be powerful enough to run Good Lock and its modules smoothly.

One UI Version: Good Lock is designed to work with specific versions of Samsung's One UI. If your phone is running an older or unsupported version of One UI, you might encounter compatibility issues.

What phone do you have? With OneUI 7, Good Lock has become available worldwide, in all regions and in all countries, but this will happen gradually, so you will most likely be able to download Good Lock in the Google Play Store soon, but Samsung has not specified when this will actually happen.

Fun fact- I have Good Lock, last version on my both phones-S21 ultra and S24 ultra, but for S21 ultra Samsung say in Google Play it's won't work and I can't see it in Google Play on S21 ultra, but I have it installed from Galaxy Store. I can't blame Google for publishing wrong and confusing information because Samsung gave to them. O, in Google Play Store Samsung said Good Lock will work on Android 12 and above, so any Samsung newer device, low or high, should be able to use Good Lock.

Which phone you have and do you have OneUI 7?

As you can see on my picture, Good Lock is not available in Google Play Store for my S21 ultra, but I have it installed through Galaxy Store.

🙁, sorry, seems to your A15 is not supported 🙁

But I don't understand why in Google Play Store Samsung said it's available for Android 12 and above. S21 ultra is flagship, yet it's not compatible with version in Google Play
