First thing I'd say is visit a service centre as it says.

Now, what phone do you have.
It says your last update was 2023 which was a very long time ago. If your phone is still supposed to be getting updates, this is a problem.

If you have a really old phone that hasn't gotten updates in a long time, it doesn't seem like an error.

After you say what phone you have, I can suggest fixes and ideas other than just go to a samsung store.
