topic sending error reports in Mobile Apps & Services

topic sending error reports in Mobile Apps & Services https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/mobile-apps-services/sending-error-reports/m-p/1979315#M4983 I'm trying to get an error report sent and I cannot find the file anywhere.
