Hi, does anyone know roughly how long repairs are taking at the moment (cracked screen) there has been no indication as to how long they take and I'm now wondering if I need to get a cheap spare phone just in case! Thanks

@Lis27: Our pickup service takes around 5-7 working days for the phone to be inspected, repaired and returned to you. if you're concerned about the time frame then I recommend attempting to book a doorstep repair via the link below, as repairs can be completed on the same day, subject the availability of the necessary parts.

I ve been waiting for 2 weeks since my phone was taken. Every time i ask i am told its being repaired now ! and you are passed from online chatbot to an online chat person then a phone number and its always the same outcome. We dont know when and it depends how busy we are. Good old i phone gets replaced instantly.
