the android software on default is poorly optimized especially for games compared to ios so it's best (if possible) that there is a adjustable optimization for people who might want to save battery or get max performance, i do want to stay on samsung but the optimization is slightly holding me back

That has to do with hardware more than software. If you're buying a cheaper phone with less performance hardware, you'll typically get less performance. Not every game will be optimised for every device and platform either. This simply isn't a feasible request to balance performance for every device in every game just to match a specific iOS devices level of performance metrics. You'll find the more powerful android devices will surpass the best iPhone and sometimes they will not. There's too many factors outside of Samsung's control to do what it is you're asking.

What you do get with Samsung, is options to choose how performant you wish your game to be generally which is a lot more options than many other android phones.

You can't really compare android and ios performance since no phone can run both. What you're experiencing is expensive iphones running games well compared to cheap android phones. Apple decices which devices can use ios, they pick only expensive ones. Android can be installed for free by anyone onto a literal potato. The difference is the performance of the device itself. If you compare the highest end samsung phone and highest end iPhone, the samsung phone actually beats it.

There is a little to optimisation since iphone apps are compiled specifically for the device where android apps have to support many devices. But that's more of a technicality, modern android optimises apps when the phone is charging and the user is asleep. Makes the more general app style mostly not impact performance
