    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, have you tried clearing your&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;cache partition? This might solve your issue, if this doesn't fix the issue. You might be sending feedback to Instagram (meta), follow the steps to clear your&amp;nbsp;cache partition.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To clear your phone's cache partition:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Connect your phone to a PC.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Turn off your phone (it won't enter Recovery Mode if it's on).&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Press and hold the Volume Up and Bixby/Power keys simultaneously.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Once the Android Recovery screen appears, release both buttons.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Wipe cache partition."&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Press the Power button to select it.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Use Volume Down to highlight "Yes," then press Power to confirm.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;After the cache is cleared, press the Power button again to reboot your device.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;</description>
