Hello community, I need help with the Samsung Health app, and it is completely empty, I have already deleted the data, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, I did everything, it is up to date, with all the services, But when I try to sync my account, it's empty again. AND STILL THE APP RECORDS EVERYTHING ON THE WATCH AND MY WATCH RECORDS EVERYTHING CORRECTLY, but I can't access the information in the app directly, I have to do it on the Watch and from there ask to be sent to that health section because the app doesn't let me.

This happened to me yesterday. I've been using it for years and I've never had this problem. Is there a solution?

Another thing I forgot to add, yes, I already went to the add and edit section, it is also empty and sometimes a section appears, when I add it, it does not appear in the menu and it disappears from adding

Hi and welcome, this is a UK community so bare that in mind, sometimes better to reach out to your home country Samsung Community, usually the Members App defaults to it.

Anyway since your here, that looks odd, think you are syncing a Fit3?

In true watch and or phone SHEALTH have you enabled permissions, usually majority of things auto setup.

Assume its never worked ?

Yes, I have checked absolutely everything, I granted all permissions, the Fit3 is well synchronized and records everything, it is the app that fails, I even logged in with the Fit disconnected to see if it works, but it didn't work anyway, I've done everything and only downgrading the app worked for me, but it's inconvenient for me due to some circumstances and even though I have the automatic update disabled, It updates again and everything disappears again, it's strange, it's never happened to me before, I even contacted support but they don't know what's going on, they recommend me to do everything I've already done and nothing works.

Hello, I wonder if your android / OneUI has glitched somehow. I wonder if clearing your cache partition will fix this.

Follow those steps below and see if clearing your cache partition will alleviate this problem for you.

1. Connect your phone to a PC.
2. Turn off your phone (it won't enter Recovery Mode if it's on).
3. Press and hold the Volume Up and Bixby/Power keys simultaneously.
4. Once the Android Recovery screen appears, release both buttons.
5. Use the Volume Down button to highlight "Wipe cache partition."
6. Press the Power button to select it.
7. Use Volume Down to highlight "Yes," then press Power to confirm.
8. After the cache is cleared, press the Power button again to reboot your device.

I didn't quite understand your question, but if you mean if I deleted the data or uninstalled the app and reinstalled it from the Play Store, yes, I already did that, I already deleted all data and cache, I stopped it, I installed it from other sources, deleted it again, installed it from the Play Store from scratch again, and still the app didn't want to work :(, after logging in and restoring the synced data, everything disappears 😞

Update on my case:

After midnight, I logged into the app and it started syncing. Magically, all the settings were back up and running, so I have several ideas as to why this happened.

1- While I was training I lost data connection while synchronizing I think, which is why it failed. When trying to restore there was incorrect data from the previous day and since I didn't open the app the day before yesterday, it remained and I don't sync the new data.

2- As the day went by and I accessed it almost immediately, and using the latest version (since yesterday I had downgraded the version so the app would work), the new information was synchronized with the app, correcting all the problems I had.

My conclusion is that it was a problem with the account and the app, since having synchronized incorrect data could have failed and sometimes even crashed, With the change of day and reset of health data for the current day, everything was solved.

If someone has this problem in the future, it is best to wait for the day to pass, open it at noon to see if the error is still present, if it persists, wait until midnight, This will cause the app to move to the next day's calendar to collect that day's data and it may be fixed, It usually syncs automatically when you open the app, but if not, swipe down and wait for it to sync. Good day!
