Hey there. Are you referring to the events from the Calendar app? If so, you can change this option by heading into Settings > Apps > Search for Calendar > Notifications > Lock screen notifications > Show content.

As ridiculous as it may sound, I have recently got myself into a problem I can't seem to find the solution to.

A few weeks ago, I found a setting to make my event alerts private, when my screen is locked. So when I get a reminder, it shows up as "Upcoming event" and that's it. I need to click details and unlock my screen to see what it is about. I thought this was interesting to test but I deeply regret since :''/

I hope someone knows how I can go back to normal, visible reminders, because I unfortunately can't seem to find that setting again !

Thanks to all in advance !

What year Samsung phone are you referring to? There is no Lock screen settings in that path not even in notification categories, even thru the lock screen settings and notifications these annoying events show adding steps to unlock the phone. Why does tech like to up date things and make it harder in the process

Hey ! Thanks for your answer. I am indeed referring to the calendar app. I've tried to change that option already but it was already turned on. Still tried to disable/enable just in case but nothing changed. I think this is all about allowing the visibility of the reminders with the most details possible, and right now I have it set the lowest visibility.

This is the reminder visibility I currently get
