I can't download Good Lock on One UI 7

On the Galaxy and Play Store, I tried looking for Good Lock since apparently on One UI 7 the app isn't region locked anymore, but I still can't find it, is it still region locked?

I don't believe it is region locked, but here is the link to download Good lock from the galaxy store: https://apps.samsung.com/appquery/appDetail.as?appId=com.samsung.android.goodlock

Hopefully this resolves your problem.

Here is the Google play store version also: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.samsung.android.goodlock

Note: only install one of the versions and don't install them from both stores.

Hi @hueblitzz can I ask where you are based? Certainly according to information online Good Lock should now be available globally but would have rolled out to the various regions at different times https://www.sammobile.com/news/samsung-good-lock-another-change-for-global-users/

As suggested check both the Galaxy and Google stores.

I live in the UK and I can't see Good Lock on either store

It has been available in UK for some time, was the device purchased in the UK and from which outlet?

It was purchased in the UK and I'm pretty sure it was from amazon

Sadly from what I can find online the A16 4G does not support Goodlock, I have a found website which lists all of the devices which are fully compatible with Goodlock. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.

Indeed must be quite frustrating! Hopefully, you can other apps which will allow you to customise your phone's look on the Google PlayStore.

Oh right, sometimes they are selling non uk Devices particularly if third party. However seems not compatible with your Device in any case.

My phone is samsung a 17 I find the good lock in playstore but in that app I can only see the 3 option like one hand operation,nice catch and display assistant i can't see the important things like theme park or lock star.
