I had a look on my S23U that has 2 sims in it, if you select a message then click the 3 dots at the top right then it will give the options to swap sims at the bottom of that. I checked on another phone with just one sim in and that option doesn't show up. Hope this helps. I'll try and grab a screenshot of it for you.
