Fast Charging

I have a s24 ultra, i dont know when it started after ui 7 or before but when i start charging it start with super fast charging 2.0(45w) after few minutes it goes to super fast charging(15w) and again after few minutes it goes to charging(10w) and i am using Samsung 65w tri port charger ang samsung 5a usb-cable, and i have s23 ultra also and it is charging with super fast charging 2.0(45w) with same charging brick and same cable as well.

Please tell me hoe to fix this. Its a headache. @samsung

Super fast charging 2.0: 45w
Super fast charging: 25w
Charging: 15w

Try a new charger brick
Try a new cable
Make sure your charge port has no dirt or dust in it

Tried the new brick and cable and cleaned the port, still same problem.

Assume you are not dividing the charger amongst other devices ? You do know that although the charger is rated to 65W that that is the total power delivery... it can be divided between ports.

This picture is assume is of your charger device ?

My own humble opinion... I don't like these trio type blocks... they include switching circuits between the ports, and adds extra electronics that are a bit un-necessary. It also varies the charging voltage to maintain the required overall wattage.

Personally if it was me I would try to charge the phone with a single output 45W charger (preferably genuine Samsung) and just to see if SF2.0 is working in that manner. If it does then your issue could be a product of the charger you are using.

My s23 ultra is charging om sf2.0 with that same charger and cable but not s24 ultra

I mean that does sound strange but just for argument sake I would still try another block if you can. Perhaps one phone has a particular bug or 'sensitivity' that the other doesnt.

I would suggest send this as feedback through this members app. There is also a chance that it is a known issue.

On the tri charger, reach individual charger has its own maximum speed.

So the top port offers a faster connection than the other two.

I have no answers, but I wanted to concur that I believe it is the update. Battery life diminished and when I plug it, it glitches out for a bit of time. Then it takes way longer to charge....

I noticed that my System UI wake up is up to 27-30 times a day? I am no phone tech, but it was at 0 and now my battery is drained and when I plug it in it glitches out for about 30 seconds....and is slow to charge...Is it the System UI?
