    <description>Hi Adik,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you checked the Play Store to see if ChatGPT needs an update? Sometimes when apps are out of date they won't open.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't work, try clearing ChatGPT's cache and data. To do this, hold your finger down on the app (presuming it's on your home screen) and tap the "i" in the top right corner. Then, tap "Storage" and at the bottom tap both "Clear data" and "Clear cache". You'll need to log back into ChatGPT when you next open it.</description>

      <description>Uninstall the app.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Play Store (don't just click install on the version you've just uninstalled)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Search for App&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Reinstall it&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;This will ensure you have the correct version for your device.</description>

      <description>Hi &lt;a href="https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/80417667"&gt;@Adik143&lt;/a&gt; and warm welcome &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":waving_hand:"&gt;👋&lt;/span&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you tried soft reset?&lt;BR /&gt;To do so press and hold volume down and power buttons simultaneously for 10 seconds or so until samsung logo appears then release it and try the app again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also go to settings &amp;gt; apps &amp;gt; search for one ui home &amp;gt; clear cache and data if necessary.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Other thing to try is to wipe cache partition of the phone:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You will need to turn off you device and plug to PC or tv etc via USB first.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Report issue with the developers of open AI.</description>
