I can get fb n messanger aswel as Internet on my wi fi, yet I can still get Internet & receive messanger n 5g but I can't send messanger on 5g.

As for fb, I can't get any ones profile or updates on fb with 5g, & can't get anything on fb like searching for friends profiles, I get the profile but no pictures & it says not connected to the Internet, (if connected to WiFi it works) have been in an ee shop & they said everything seems to be working but they don't know what to do so now. I have also tried logging out n deleted fb n messanger & reinstall it but it still the same.

Only fb apps have issues all other work fine both wifi and mobile data?

Yea only fb apps (fb n messanger) they work OK on WiFi but don't work on 5g, I can recieve messanger on 5g but can't send on 5g. If I send a message on messanger over 5g it said 'sending' till I get WiFi

And not using vpn? If you change to 4g temporarily does it connect

Nope not using vpn n I've tried 4g b4 aswel as reset WiFi n Internet settings & I've re set the phone,..... Just had an up date on my phone, tried it n still no luck

I have posted on there b4 but nothing back, I checked the messanger app n I can't even get the 'ding' notification only normal texts, so I can't tell if it messanger or text, just been looking on Internet for nearest samsung experience store, so may go there.

So you have allowed Facebook and messenger to use wi-fi or mobile network or just wi-fi only, because that's your problem looks

Hm, check your Facebook settings on web (computer), not in phone app, maybe it's there different

I have tried turning the home network off by the plug, also reset the phone WiFi & settings on my phone but still the same.... Possibly a trip to the nearest samsung experience store maybe able to help!!?

I just checked the browser on my Samsung desktop & I still got Internet on there,. Good excuse to escape my home town n take a trip to a Samsung experience store. Thank you for trying to help though, 😊

Have tried numerous things in the settings section aswel as the Samsung desktop on the phone, checked fb & messanger settings too & signed out deleted & red install fb n messanger too, possibly a trip to an Samsung experience store may help!!? Thanks for trying with suggestions though 😊

Have you tried contacting your network provider? If anything, it looks like they seem to be barring Facebook from you if all else internet related works fine using mobile data.
