      <description>Morning all,&lt;DIV&gt;Just a friendly suggestion who have any problem with their phones.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;CLEAR CACHE PARTITION RECOVERY PROCESS.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;These clear cache recovery process highly recommended after every software update.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;You will not lose any of your datas.&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;These process can be useful against:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;- lags, bugs&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;- unexpected slow or wired reaction from your device&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;- apps doesn't work properly&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV&gt;I am not said is sorted all of issues if you have any.       <description>1. Turn off the device.&lt;BR /&gt;2. Connect To Computer USBC to USBC (you may also connect to another Samsung mobile via USBC). Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key&lt;BR /&gt;3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.&lt;BR /&gt;4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.&lt;BR /&gt;5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.&lt;BR /&gt;6. Press Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.&lt;BR /&gt;8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.&lt;BR /&gt;9. Press the Power key to restart the device.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've tried following Samsung instructions and online videos on how to wipe cache partition on my Galaxy A16 but it's not working. I've never had an issue with my previous A12 phone, i.e. turn off the phone, press the side button and volume up at the same time then carry on. The 'wipe' screen never appears. Please help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
