Hi!
After changing the battery percentage icon, I can't see how much percentage is left. 
I'm very unhappy with the new icon.

I take it you are talking about One UI 7 update.
There's nothing you can do with the battery symbol
Best thing is to go into the support section on the Members App and leave feedback there
Explain in detail about your issues fully

You can show the battery percentage inside the battery icon if you go into battery settings and click on the show battery percentage option. The percentage then shows up clearly inside the pill shape. Sorry if this isn't what you meant.

I turned off show battery percentage and added the battery widget too the lockscreen, you can also use widgets too show battery percentage on the homescreen.

This was flagged during beta for S24 series but sadly for many Samsung stayed with what they had

Well I'm 50 and my eyesight has started to deteriorate a bit now. I could read the old icon. I need glasses for the new one which is no good when riding my motorbike. Thanks Samsung.

And unfortunately they decided that hidious pill shape was a good idea to ruin the watch as well...

Just updated my Watch 7 to UI 8 and that is pill shapes all over, which means a total waste of space and compressed icons, and by being compressed less readable.

It is tremendously ugly and on a watch you do not have room for waste of space, you just want to be able to read instant.

Working in design myself, the pill shaped battery icon is a major flaw, how anyone would think that striking through a number as the charge goes down is a good thing is beyond me. Obviously no thought whatsoever for the end user and I guess no real world testing, very very poor. Also with little option to personalise it, in this day and age is a very odd choice. Well now the same has been done to my watch and not only the battery icon, but the tiles are all pill shaped so no longer fit the screen. If I wanted an odd shaped watch, I would have moved to another brand. Developers spent decades trying to fill the entire screen of phones and watches, now we're reverting back to smaller images in the middle of the device? I'm guessing they're bored and can't think of anything constructive to do. We haven't got time to be messing around trying to customise our devices back to how they've always been, so we will not be upgrading to Samsung, it's time to leave
