      <description>&lt;P&gt;Samsung Internet is not working properly, i open it and it just freezes on a blank screen for 1 half minutes before it eventually opens, why? I clear the chase and the history but that dose nothing, my phone is the A04s&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you cleared the cache and data from the app settings rather than from inside the app itself?</description>

Welcome to the Samsung Members community!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Samsung Internet &amp;gt; Force stop &amp;gt; Storage &amp;gt; Clear cache. Try again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If that doesn't work, do the same steps but uninstall the app beforehand and then reinstall it from the Samsung store.</description>
