Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

If your WiFi is slow, you'll likely need to reach out to your broadband provider to see what is causing the issue.

Is this happening on all your devices or just your Samsung phone?

OK so it is a WiFi issue.

Some properties, especially older ones (I have a grade ii listed cottage) can have these issues.

You'll need to speak to your broadband provider as they may be able to offer you WiFi extenders or you can buy your own.

Either way there will be a cost.

There are varying prices likely reflecting the quality, some examples here https://uk.pcmag.com/wireless-networking/89243/the-best-wireless-range-extenders

However I contact your provider first . Broadband suppliers should robust processes in place to ensure speed related issues are dealt with. Whilst the nature of the property is a factor they should help. https://www.ofcom.org.uk/phones-and-broadband/coverage-and-speeds/broadband-speeds/
