Secure Folder Sync Issue

Hi, has anyone had an issue with secure folder not syncing between devices.

I've tried all recommendations like delete cache, delete app, log out log in etc.

Secure folder doesn't have a device sync feature? Every device has a unique secure folder. They stay on the device. Unless you're meaning something else, you can't sync apps and files between secure folders on separate devices.

For security, there's no backup or sharing or secure folder data. Only way to back it up or transfer it is using smart switch on a pc to make a local backup

Hi, thanks for the reply. Little confused however as there are instructions on how to sync secure folder between devices plus a setting to enable it within the app.

Are you talking about this setting? A long time ago you used to be able to cloud backup the secure folder, then download it onto other devices. That doesn't exist anymore. And that sync setting in the screenshot is talking about if the apps installed within it are allowed to sync with the Internet to get notifications
