Anyone else notice that pollen info has been removed from the weather app or is it just me? I used to use this every summer as I suffer with allergies and now that the sun's out again I've visited the app only to notice it's no longer there 😞

App Update Glitch – Sometimes updates accidentally remove features (or hide them under a new menu). Check if pollen data is buried in an "Air Quality" or "Health" subsection.
Regional Limitations – Pollen tracking might still be available in some countries but removed in others due to licensing.
Monetization Shift – A few apps now lock pollen data behind premium subscriptions (looking at you, AccuWeather).

I haven't. Has the app updated in any way? You can always try another app or website. It could just be a glitch.

I'm using the built in Weather Channel App on my S25 Ultra. There's no pollen info hidden anywhere as it seems it's been removed completely.

Scroll down in the weather app, click today, Scroll again and its there. But if in the UK I highly recommend Met Office as its alot more reliable.

@ChristinaMG2604: I have checked the Weather Channel widget, and Pollen count information should be visible on the home page by scrolling all the way to the bottom. For clarity, I'm seeing the following in my region:

Pollen - High

Running - Good

Driving difficulty - None

I used to see it on my S24 Ultra but not seeing it on my S25 Ultra. It's not on the widget itself nor on the website when you click an option and get transferred.

I managed to find it by signing in and then using the drop down menu, scrolling to today, then scrolling down past loads of ads. I think this is too much hassle just to see this information compared to it being integrated as it was before.

I have basic pollen info (level, vague type e.g. tree pollen), but not the more detailed info I used to get (and my wife still does) about specific tree pollen etc. We determined that it's because I have a new phone with the new app version (1.7.01.98) while hers is a previous version.

I can confirm it as well. I'm in the US and using the S24 Ultra. I just got Samsung's One UI 7 update which indeed has a new weather app. This new app does not show the pollen information as the previous one did. I'll update here if I find a viable solution.

I've found a solution, although it takes one step more than before. Scroll down to the activity forecasts (for example, "Running") just under the weekly forecast.

Tap this panel and it will take you to you the "Running forecast" on Weather.com. Scroll down a bit and you'll see the pollen overview.

However, if you want to see the entire pollen breakdown, you'll have to Tap the "Today" button located at the bottom left corner.

From here, scroll down until you see "Seasonal Allergies and Pollen Count Forecast". Tap this.

Then you will see the full pollen breakdown for the current day in your area.

I have the same issue. Very disappointed that Samsung has not respond to this issue. I paid a high price for less service. I am in USA.

This is not a solution. The old versions, the allergy forecast showed as preset/built-in the galaxy s20 plus.

I also cannot get pollen count any more on the weather channel, but I just found an app on Google Play called Pollen Count UK. I am just now trying it out and first impressions not bad.
