    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have marked individual threads on this, but as a general catch.... If you have the server -10 issue on the Samsung Members App, please delete the &lt;STRONG&gt;app&lt;/STRONG&gt; cache and data, this resolves the issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If unsure how to do this, there's a few ways but one is:&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;-&amp;nbsp;long press the app, click the 'i'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- go to storage&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;- clear cache and data&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;
&lt;DIV&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/DIV&gt;

      <description>Great find and really useful to get the app going again.&lt;BR /&gt;I will add that this didn't work for me straight away.&lt;BR /&gt;I cleared the cashe and data. Then restarted my phone before opening the app.&lt;BR /&gt;This then worked for me.</description>

      <description>It worked straight away after install from Samsung store for me now.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Seems like they fixed whatever was creating the issue.</description>

      <description>I did this numerous times, and it never worked. Also uninstalled a few times and still nothing. Just restarted my phone, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, and it's working. Mental..</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Certainly clearing the cache and data is good Troubleshooting&amp;nbsp; for General Members app server issues.&amp;nbsp; However recent problem needed general fix and sometimes this is not sufficient by itself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
