✨ Members App (server -10 ) Issue - SOLUTION/ FIX ✨

I have marked individual threads on this, but as a general catch.... If you have the server -10 issue on the Samsung Members App, please delete the app cache and data, this resolves the issue.

If unsure how to do this, there's a few ways but one is:

- long press the app, click the 'i'

- go to storage

- clear cache and data

Great find and really useful to get the app going again.
I will add that this didn't work for me straight away.
I cleared the cashe and data. Then restarted my phone before opening the app.
This then worked for me.

It worked straight away after install from Samsung store for me now.

Seems like they fixed whatever was creating the issue.

I did this numerous times, and it never worked. Also uninstalled a few times and still nothing. Just restarted my phone, uninstalled it, and reinstalled it, and it's working. Mental..

Certainly clearing the cache and data is good Troubleshooting for General Members app server issues. However recent problem needed general fix and sometimes this is not sufficient by itself.

It didn't work and also it shouldn't work as its server side issue according to error message.
