      <description>&lt;P&gt;Upgraded phone used smartswitch but hasn't brought any login details for any of my apps, some apps like Snapchat started years ago so how can I now be expected to remember all login and password info, it said smartswitch brought all this over but hasn't, any help please&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>I'm confused. Was this a new phone you transferred data to from an old one? If so, only the apps get transferred, no passwords. If updating a current phone using Smart Switch for PC passwords will remain.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If they are saved in Samsung Pass, you need to sync it.</description>

      <description>Yes new phone from old phone my friends all went over with app passwords etc mine didn't but been onto ee who have helped as was password manager not come across when transferring , so yes when smartswitch all passwords and apps come over</description>
