Hi everyone,

I was hacked a few months back and despite ringing Google for help (and samsung) I've not had any help in securing my device, identifying the way In which my phone tablets etc are all compromised and irrespective of anything and everything I've done, the crook who is in my devices is always in watching changing and deleting

He is called Stephen Black on github, and has used developer apps and other apps from sites that cater for such and has created havoc with my accounts

Anyone know how to combat such commands' changes and digital theft of info.

He has done something that has rendered my phone useless. Won't connect to Internet or WiFi, wont update , back up et.c

Otherwise the option left will be to totally delete my accounta

This is very unfortunate, and to be honest, I think it's time to involve the authorities.

Are you signed into your email address on another device? The first thing to do would be to reset all your account passwords.

Then, factory reset your device—I would suggest using Samsung Find or the factory reset option on your smartphone using the buttons.

Agreed to what johnz237 said. Block all their access to your phone by doing factory reset and involve the Antifraud authorities. It's a shame you can't get compensation for things like these.

Yes. Let them try to track servers, ip numbers, etc, anything that can help them track this hacker.

As others are saying, factory reset everything, malware can't persist after that. Enable auto blocker on your samsung devices, enable the inbuilt anti malware on your samsung devices. Enable 2fa on all your accounts.

Auto blocker disables features of your phone that could be dangerous. Such as sideloading apps

Should also say, someone is impersonating Stephen Black. A little research shows the "StevenBlack" github account is of a legitimate researcher and computer professional, not a malicious person.

Sorry to hear this. Could you explain how you got hacked? Always beware of the basics security practices such as not clicking on any links on texts and email.
