Still&amp;nbsp;@samsungcare is denying to screen replace. What the point of purchase high flagship mobile when your are getting "Green Line" issue and customer doesn't have convenient path to get it repair under warranty.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There mention it is not on this model or its should be horizontal and who came with horizontal there will mention it will be vertical vice versa.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have Samsung Galaxy s22 Ultra. Recently I updated my mobile on 6th july, 2024 and after update Green lines are appeared on my mobile screen and colours became fade..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I visited in the service center for this problem and they don't ready to accept company fault. There are minor scratches on my display and company told me that due to scratches it is considered as damage and company is not liable. I was asked to pay 21000 for screen replacement. This is totally unacceptable. The company also told me that those person who apply uv glue tempered are also out of warranty, then how can anyone apply tempered on curve display mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's a serious issue and samsung needs to stop this kind of scam. APPLE IPhone policy is far better than samsung policy..&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I request samsung company to take my complain on a serious note and provide me a free screen replacement...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;#SAMSUNG #SAMSUNG COMMUNITY #samsung community #samsung galaxy s22 ultra&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi, could you try posting a video of this. It's hard to distinguish just off your still shots. Can't tell if it's just your background or, as you say, a green line.</description>

      <description>Hi Amit,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I understand your frustration and you are not in an easy situation. Please try to find out if your phone is still in guarantee as it's an older model, device guarantee is usually up to 2 or 3 years for some devices and depending on company, I am not sure about the S22U but unless you pay device care from Samsung or device insurance, phone repair is no longer covered in guarantee and supported for physical repairs, though usually Samsung support software care if they can, beyond guarantee period, but physical repair I don't think it's covered anymore. If it's got scratches on the screen, in some situations mechanical fall is covered and sometimes it’s not, depending on how it happened. I believe you can find an authorised repair service for your phone and please ask them to use original Samsung parts if possible.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can go on the support page which you can find by accessing the right corner button on the Samsung Members App screen. There you can leave a feedback and use the diagnostic tool to find out if the green line cause is software or hardware. Also I can see you prized the repair in what seems to be Rupies, so I believe you are not in the UK, so it's worth reading the repair policies from your country, as they vary from region to region.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Best of luck.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ma'am as per your policy and rules, the customer is only liable for the expenses of screen replacement if my device has physical or liquid damages. But there is neither physical nor liquid damage in my device and only minor scratches are there on the screen. Then how will my device that is Samsung s22 ultra is not liable for free screen replacement.. your company is doing scam with valuable customers. I bought Samsung s22 ultra at a rate of 1,12,000rs and with in two year and after update I am facing green light issue and your company wants me to pay for the screen replacement. This is totally unacceptable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ypur service center employee asked me to not use uv tempered glass and if i not use tampered glass then definitely there will be some scratches on my mobile screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am totally lost trust in Samsung company and I&amp;nbsp; am surely advise all of my companions to shift from Samsung to Apple IPhone because they are not scamming like your Samsung company in Lucknow, India.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the similar problem with my S22 Ultra. The screen with green line after updated the latest UI and i can confirm you its not a hardware problem. Proof ? Try change from 120hz to 60hz and those green line gone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
