S24 cannot make outbound calls

Since the update, I can no longer make outbound calls.

Error "Your call cannot be connected, please check your phone settings"

I check all settings, reset settings, used sim to a different phone (outbound calls went through)

Still nothing works

What update are you referring to? What network are you on? Most networks these days you can request the network settings from the carriers app or via website.

Have you spoke to your network provider? Tried the sim on another phone?

Just saying it can't make outbound calls really isn't enough info
