I have been having problems with in-app purchases in the galaxy store for a few weeks now.

I wanted to use the discount coupons of each month but when I make the payment I get the following thing that is in the image...
could someone help me with this error?

This error may happen if there is a problem with your Galaxy Store account or payment method. Make sure your app is updated and your internet is working. Check if your discount coupon is still active and not used. Try clearing the cache of the Galaxy Store.

Mine has been like this for a while now.
Occasionally it will work! But usually not. It's so frustrating
