    <description>Yes, iv'e had trouble all morning. I ened up switching off my WF-FI and using mobile data before it would load. Once I switched back it came back on.</description>

      <description>I believe there are server issues. For the last two days, I have been receiving a message saying "there was an issue." Nothing loads, and other times, if I try to leave a comment, it takes a minute.</description>

I can confirm that we did experience server issues on Friday which resulted in access problems, along with the general performance of the Members app / Community forums, however these have since been resolved. I just checked on my own device and was able to open the Members app without issue, and haven't experienced any issues with the website.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, if you head to Settings &amp;gt; Apps &amp;gt; Samsung Members &amp;gt; Force stop, does this help at all?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;S25 ultra, loaded fine early this morning, now it just doesn't want to load.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So after a force stop it did load but took a good time to do so. Thanks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
