Screen recorder missing

I recently bought a Samsung A16 phone apparently built in screen recording doesn't seem to be available, i dont see it as an option when i want to edit my quick access panel and it isn't in settings. Incredibly strange considering my previous 4 year old phone had it. Is there a way to activate it or should i just use third party apps?

Unfortunately it's not supported on your device, you can use 3rd party ones.

Hi! Welcome to the samsung members community.

Please note your device doesnt have built in screen recorder. The best option would to find one on the app store
