      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the camera failed message when trying to open camera app. I have restarted the phone,&amp;nbsp; cleared cache, reset the app, all to no avail.&amp;nbsp; Camera working on Messenger and Google lens. Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

An outdated operating system or app can cause this camera error&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;2)&lt;BR /&gt;Power up in Safe Mode, then check to see if your camera works properly. If it does, the problem could be a third-party app that conflicts with the camera software.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;3)&lt;BR /&gt;Restart the phone in regular mode and remove recently installed or updated third-party apps one at a time until the problem disappears. You may need to restart the phone after removing each app to ensure it's completely deleted&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Remove and then reinsert the microSD card.       <description>Mmm odd, could be wrong but the fact it opens on those other apps suggests to me a software issue. Worth trying a third party camera app. A few on Play store, I've used Open Camera before for testing</description>

      <description>Might be a bug, you can report this to developers via members app "send feedback" explaining what's going on, last thing you can do is back up your data and do factory reset and see if that would solve the issue as if you tried multiple things already and nothing worked, for now you can use 3rd party camera app like Gcam.</description>
