Ensure that there is less bloatware on samsung.

Allow users to choose whether apps they want (like chrome,onedrive,gmail etc) during installation; if they don't want them, they shouldn't be installed.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

For the most part, once you've set up your device you can uninstall many of the apps you no longer want or need.

If the app doesn't offer you the option to uninstall then it is a system app and your only option would be to disable it is that is possible.

Samsung are unlikely to change this.

Gmail comes as part of GMS Google Mobile Services. GMS also includes chrome, Maps, Google search and Google Play store and a few other Google apps plus a lot of API's. OneDrive is included because you can sync your gallery with it. I think we should be able to choose if we want Samsung messages and Samsung internet as they are duplicate apps.

When you first buy a phone you can choose weather to install the preinstalled bloat ware or not. But Samsung's apps will be preinstalled as default
