I just pre-ordered the s25 ultra. and didnt see any reward points in my rewards section. why does it have to be so hard. i bought it through samsung website. Like cmon samsung. u really have to give me a headache for small things like this.

I think it takes about a month to get them.
Sometimes earlier depending on device.
You will probably find that you will need to wait a couple of weeks after delivery of your phone. Will be after the returns period.

Samsung rewards points are usually available 14 days after you have received your order. The 14 days is the return trial of your purchased device. Your points should be added to your balance after this period.

You won't see them straight away, takes upto 30days for your reward points to be added.

Yeah takes upto 30 days for them to appear. That's so you can't spend them straight away and covers the 14 day return period
