One UI 7 Beta

I have a Samsung s24 ultra carrier device from EE and I've downloaded the Samsung Members app and logged in with my Samsung account but keeps saying my phone isn't compatible or beta program isn't showing up on the Members app

It's advisable to perform forum search first, as this question was answered before.

Phones bought from carriers like EE is not eligible for beta, also if you don't see the banner in members app your device isn't eligible, also beta is full now.

Stable release should be in few weeks time.

At this point just wait for the Final.

Mean while enjoy the S25 series launch in a couple of week's time.

You won't be able too as your device is from EE therefore isn't eligible as any phones with a network provider aren't. Please read and research your question before posting as it's been answered many times on here.

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK and EU Community Customer to Customer Forum

Carrier devices from EE were not eligible. A search on the forum before posting would have confirmed that for you.

Beta is full anyway. We are currently on beta 3.

Beta is test software, it comes with risks and is not there simply to get the updated OS early.

Wait for the final stable version, expected in the next few weeks.

Mine is Tmobile US using in UK SAOMC_SM-S928U_OYN_TMB_14_0032 TMB/XAA,TMB/XAA

I've got the s24 ultra on 02 but the bata program isn't showing up in Samsung members why is that
