Ticket Issues

I try to add my train ticket, from Trip.com, to Samsung Wallet but it isn't working? I'm not too sure why. I've checked for updates for both apps, I've u installed Trip.com and then reinstalled and I've scoured the Internet for this error code and I can't seem to find any reference to it.

Samsung Wallet app version is 5.8.56

I've pressed the "Add to Samsung Wallet" button on the Trip.com app, inside of the Ticket Pickup Info menu

@CoolMcCoolson: As an alternative approach, please try opening the Samsung Wallet app > Tap the '+' symbol in the top right > Add > Travel ticket, and follow the on-screen prompts.

Does it work with Google wallet ? I find samsung wallet a bit finicky with some banks and tickets. Therefore I decided to switch to using Google wallet.

Not a solution to the problem i know, but an alternative if you decide.

Yeah, it works with Google Wallet, it's just the convenience of Samsung Wallet that I prefer. I'll keep trying with it but for now I'll keep to Google Wallet for my tickets

Gemini, infact does not know. As Samsung has partnered with Trip.com for its wide range of tickets. It was also working last week, so I'm not too sure why they would suddenly pull support without notice

I'm 2 steps ahead, I asked Gemini before I did anything else. I've contacted both Trip.com and Samsung Pay support and they both believed it's a bug, and as I said, I've scoured the Internet looking for similar problems and found none.
