Go to:

settings>biometrics and security>find my phone

Make sure you have added your Samsung account and set this up

There is Google find my device and Samsung find my device are you using Samsungs version?

Here are some more options, if your device is slightly different

Settings app

Tap Security
Find My Device.

If you don't see "Security," tap Security & location

or Google

Security.

thanks for the quick response . I am using the samsung find my phone . I have it turned on in biometrics and security . when i tap find my mobile my account is on the screen and remote unlock and send last location are on. If i tap my account link and then choose devices , there are non , should my phone be there ? Basically it is a blank screen with < devices at the top left and 3 dots top right which when chosen gives the option of find my mobile . Hope this makes sense

Do you have the Samsung members app?

Try registering you device in there and see if that helps.
