My current model (S22 Ultra) will not display Snapchat notifications. This happened when I had used Snapchat on my old model (A52s 5g) and I have reason to believe that the problem has come from that. I have tried clearing cache on the app, factory resetting the old model, made sure my phone is fully up-to-date and checked that all the notification settings for Snapchat are in order. Ant help would be greatly appreciated :).

Have you checked in the battery settings to make sure that the Snapchat app isn't being forced into deep sleep? If so, flip the toggle to create an exception for the app. This should solve your problem

Hey! If your Snapchat notifications aren't working on your S22 Ultra, you might want to check the settings. Go to your Snapchat profile, tap ⚙️ to open Settings, then tap ‘Notifications’ and make sure ‘Enable Notifications’ is checked. Also, make sure notifications are enabled in your phone’s settings too. Let me know if that helps!

I've tried this but it again doesn't change anything for some reason. I looked at my current session on snapchat and it was from my old phone so I logged out and back in so the session would be updated to my current phone, which also didn't work. I do think it has something to do with the old model but it has been factory reset.

I had the sams issue with my S23 switching to S24. On my old phone I swiped down from the top of the screen to access the quick settings menu, untick 'sync' and sign out of snapchat, remove login info as well. Delete the app(via play store and not by holding the app icon). Restart new phone and notifications started to come through on my new device. Hope that helps
