Samsung pay refund

I paid for a hotel via my debit card(online)

But I required a refund unfortunately I didn't have my debit card on me but they said they were happy to refund via Samsung pay contactless. This was back on the 25th October and I still don't have the refund in bank. What could be the issue and how long does it take?

I would say wait until tomorrow and if the refund has still not been issued, contact the hotel/Samsung and they should be happy to come to a solution 🙂. Hope this helps! 😀

I've been refunded through Samsung pay and it took about 48hrs for my money to be back in bank account. Hope you get your refund sorted soon

I'm now thinking samsung might have it on hold on the funds on the digital card as it wasn't paid by contactless thus the original debit card, so I may need to call and explain and hopefully get the funds released onto my debit card !

I haven't received my refund since 30th of September. They said they did nothing reflected on my bank account. It has been nearly 3 weeks
