Starling connected card

Hi everyone, I recently added a connected card to my starling account aimed at shopping but I'm not able to add this to samsung pay or google wallet. It comes up with an error messaged saying ' failed to authorise card'. If anyone could help me with this please do.

Hi there, is your contacttless payments are enabled? If so is your card itself can do contacttless payments? Also make sure your card and address information is up to date in Google payments

All of them are set up and up to date

Have you tried to remove card entirely from Google pay then go into starling app>select card at the bottom. Scroll down and at the bottom it should be option to add to Google pay from within starling app
